Outer Circle
The outer circle is the circle outside the circle; the idea of the distant, unfamiliar. The earrings show a series of circles, forged, bent from fine, blackened silver sheet strips, which leave their original circular shape with a curve and change direction and shape; interrupted by a sweeping curve and going in a different direction. The circle can therefore be interrupted. These interrupted circles are connected with strings of black spinels and agates on a fixed nylon cord. These earrings are a typical example of Spenga’s attention to detail and its ability to transform classic symbols into modern pieces of jewelry.

Description
The 'Circles' collection combines geometric shapes such as squares, rectangles, triangles, diamonds, circles, ovals, etc. with curves that interrupt them and change their direction. Shapes with straight lines and angles usually symbolize structure and order, while curves are softer and represent connection and community.
Strict geometric shapes are broken up and steered in a different direction. The resulting, partly organic shapes convey movement, dynamism and spontaneity. By breaking up the strict forms, a deeper connection to the viewer can be created.
