Shipping options and delivery conditions
After your payment has been received, your order will usually be dispatched within the next 3-5 working days. Exceptions are custom-made products, products with a longer production time and/or if the product description specifies a longer delivery time. We ship within Germany and the EU insured with UPS or DHL.
Please visit www.ups.com for shipping details and delivery times. The delivery time and costs depend on your location. The shipping costs will be added to the selection in your shopping cart.
In general, the following prices and conditions apply:
- Germany: Standard delivery with UPS or DHL (1-2 working days) € 7.50
- Within the EU: Standard delivery with UPS/DHL (3-5 working days) €30
- For shipping to countries outside the EU, please contact us for more information.
- Packaging flat rate from € 2.50 depending on size and product
Collection
All online orders can also be collected. This option is listed after the checkout under delivery method and can be selected by you. Some products can only be collected due to fragility. This is also noted with the respective products in the checkout. We will inform you in writing as soon as the order is ready for collection and arrange a collection date.
Returns
If a piece does not fit or is not to your liking, please return it insured within 14 days:

Please inform us via returns form BEFORE returning.
We only exchange unworn, undamaged and unused items in their original packaging. We will then refund the purchase price, but will not pay out any cash.
Custom-made products are excluded from returns.
Please note that the costs for returning a purchase are to be borne by you.
